PRINCIPLES REGARDING COLLECTION, PROTECTION AND USE OF INDIVIDUAL SURVEY DATA

Thank you for your interest in participating in one of our surveys!

Crowd Science, Inc. (“Crowd Science”) conducts a variety of studies for private and public sector organizations involving user feedback on a range of products, services, issues and ideas. Crowd Science works with on-line publishers to profile site visitors so that these publishers can better understand who is visiting their sites. The feedback you provide helps us advise our clients on how to better serve their user-base, be it through product and service enhancements or by launching new programs. Your feedback is of paramount importance to us, and we are committed to protecting your privacy and confidentiality. When you decide to participate in a Crowd Science survey, the following principles apply:

1. Collection of Personally Identifiable Information. Crowd Science does not routinely collect personally identifiable information, such as name, address or e-mail, except in cases where a contest is being held, and such information is provided voluntarily and with full knowledge and consent of the contest entrant, for the sole purpose of contest participation. Otherwise, Crowd Science will not collect any personally identifiable information, nor will we attempt to derive such information from the answers you provide.

2. Aggregation and Distribution of Survey Responses. Your responses will be aggregated into our proprietary database with the responses of other survey participants. We may provide this aggregated data to our customers and other third parties broken down along demographic lines, such as age, gender, geography or income, as well as product, service or activity preferences. In accordance with Paragraph 1 above, none of your personally identifiable information will be disclosed to third parties.
